Refund policy

We have a 14-day return or exchange policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, exchange or store credit. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in new condition. All returned items will be returned to a store credit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards, restyled and vintage items. All new items may be exchanged or returned for a store credit.
